One of the hardest parts of remodeling is getting started. Whether you know exactly what you want and just want someone to get it done, or need help coming up with the ideal plan for your space, we’re happy to help—just give us a ring. Here’s how it will go from there:
Here's How It Works
During our initial phone call we’ll schedule an initial consultation to talk about the scope of the project, establish the budget and take some photos and measurements.
After our consultation, we’ll send you the labor proposal, and loop in our preferred vendor, ProSouce of St. Louis, to ensure a seamless design process.
Meet with a knowledgeable, helpful and friendly designer at ProSource to select the materials for your job. Their expert team can help ensure you get exactly what you need. Plus, by buying materials direct from them you don’t have to worry that you’re overpaying your contractor (us!).
Once you’ve selected materials and are aligned to the total cost and timeline of your project, we’ll sign the contract and estimate your project start date.
Besides quality, project efficiency is our focus. That means we’re committed to minimizing the disruption in your home! We won’t drag the project out, or leave a mess along the way. We’ll be in and out in the quickest amount of time possible, without compromising quality!
There are so many details that go along with construction projects. We’ll be in constant communication, whether you call us with questions or we contact you to finalize plans throughout the remodeling process.
At the end of every project, we’ll walkthrough the space together to make sure every finishing touch is just the way you want it.
